Making a Reservation

Our park is for long-term leases (6 month min.) only. Adult only - nice and quiet. Small, indoor pets (20 pounds or less). Perfect setting for that young and ambitious professional. Please check availability on Zillow.com.

Our Rates

Our rates are competitive! Ranging from $600 to $1150 per month. Deposits from $500 to $1000 - Fully refundable. You pay electricity and gas/propane. Coming soon - in park internet!
